The significance of reliable energy storage systems in spacecraft applications cannot be overstated, since they play a vital role ensuring continuous power supply and prolonged mission durations. This research deals with the modeling hybrid multi-mission radioisotope thermoelectric generator (MMRTG)-lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery integrated system for to combine RTGs’ long lifespan reliability benefits alongside Li-ion battery’s rechargeability high density achieve single unit. investigation’s main problem was exploring unit that improves limitations MMRTG batteries highly efficient autonomous systems, such as spacecraft. proposed comprises 110 W/32 V RTG 3.6 V/43 Ah connected DC motor through converters. Results demonstrate potential adopted improving efficiency, reliability, duration missions. assessment under various load conditions shows highest peak 3500 W achieved at resistance 1 Ω. Furthermore, results show output voltage temperatures 253 °K 293 are relatively equal. However, cycle wider required time before dropping.
